27th IPSA congress, Buenos Aires, 2023

The 27th IPSA congress took place in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from 15 to 19 July 2023, under the theme "Politics in the Age of Transnational Crises: Vulnerability and Resilience". After the last edition that took place entirely online in 2021, this year the event took place in person, but with a virtual component, which contributed to increasing the number of participants. The congress had more than 80 sessions and was attended by around 98 countries. Portugal participated in this same congress with more than 20 papers.

During this event, the Portuguese delegation had the opportunity to have a pleasant conversation with the Ambassador of Buenos Aires as part of a visit to the Embassy, on July 18th. Photo above.
