The APCP receives or collects information so that it can function, provide services and disseminate any kind of information that it could be pertinent to the activities related to the areas adjacent to this association.
- APCP members:
The application to APCP member and its subsequent registration requires the collection of some personal data that are requested by the candidates.
The collected personal data has the purpose: to decide if the candidate is eligible to become a member of the APCP; publish its name and areas of interest in the site of this association; disclose by e-mail information events and other activities considered relevant and issue an invoice in case of payments.
- APCP Congress:
The APCP congress is held every two years and the application procedure requires the collection of some personal data with the following purposes: the analysis of papers submitted; sending information related to the congress (application accepted or not, logistics of the event, etc); the inclusion of information related to the participant in the congress program; invoicing; issuing of certificates; abstracts of the works presented on the APCP website, with identification of the authors of those works.
- Dissemination of information, events and other activities:
The APCP discloses, by e-mail, information on various activities that it considers relevant for the development of Political Science in Portugal.
Responsibility:
The APCP is responsible for the data that it collects and undertakes not to disclose this data to third parties, without the prior consent of the holders of this information.
The APCP website includes links from other entities. The Privacy Policy of these entities is not the responsibility of the APCP.
Treatment and Updating of Personal Data:
The data collected can always be updated or deleted from the APCP database, with the request of the holders of this information.
Google Analytics opt-out browser:
